It's the time of year when we all start to think about giving. Baking cookies for the neighbors, knitting a hat for a friend, and donating a book or a coat to someone that would otherwise go without, are all easy ways to brighten someone else's day. Even amid the gloom and doom of the last few months, when it seems like this country is tearing itself apart, I see examples of people trying to make the world a better place and I want to be a part of that. I'm finding more ways to give more in my personal life, but I'm also inspired to give back through A B-ewe-tiful Design. There are so many in need it's tough to decide where to focus. But choose I must so: From now until the end of 2016, $5 from every print copy of A Knitter's Gallery of Mitered Squares sold through this site and $3 from each digital copy sold through Ravelry, will be donated to The Wounded Warrior Project. Get a gift for a friend, yourself or your local library and support a good cause!
