Fraternal twin socks - Like the fraternal twins, these socks are similar but different. While the feet and heels are identical, the sock legs are only similar. Each uses same stitch pattern but in different configurations.
Materials
Fingering-weight wool, approx. 437 yards (400m).
Sample is knit with Tina’s Toasty Toes Toasty Extrafine (85% superwash merino, 15% nylon) in color Aztec Gold.
 
 
Needles
US 2 (2.75mm) or size needed to obtain gauge, dpns, 2 - 16" circulars or 1 long circular.
Gauge
34 stitches and 40 rows over 4" in stockinette stitch in the round.
Finished Measurements
Medium (Wide) Midfoot circumference, 7 (8)" without stretch.
Foot length, 7.75 (8.5)"
Length above heel (leg): 9"
