Fingering-weight wool, approx. 300 yards.
Sample is knit with Shalimar Yarns Breathless (75% SW merino, 15% cashmere, 10% silk, approx. 420 yards) in color Glacier.
Needles
US 5 (3.75mm) dpn or short straight needle and 24" circular, or size needed to obtain gauge, crochet hook size G, locking stitch markers, waste yarn.
Gauge
Large Square measures 4.5" top to bottom and 5.5" side to side before blocking.
Finished Measurements
Approx. 6" X 48"

This scarf is made using 2 different-sized squares which are turned on point to create diamond shapes.
